Changing Lives Center
Changing Lives Center is a not-for-profit social service organization that providers residential and other sturcured services that nourishes your mind, body and soul. We offer a variety of services to individuals and communities across the country. We offer these services to many people with diverse backgrounds that all focused on one goal.
Our programs support individuals with all kinds of needs, from people with intellectual and physical disabilities, addiction, homeless veterans and women in need of homes.

Our Founder and CEO, Yahya Rahman started the Changing Lives Center in March of 2007. He started the organization in memory of a family member that had disabilities and needed support services. His professional accomplishments are numerous and monumental. He has over 28+ years of executive planning and development of new programs, creating budgets, and administration in the human services sector, of which he has overseen Residential Programs to included 80 Community Group Homes, 2 Day Programs, Supported Employment, and Community Participation Supports for several multi-million dollar non-profit in the
