ABOUT CHANGING LIVES CENTER RECREATION

Changing Lives Center Community Recreation makes a wide range of recreational activities accessible to all adults and adults with disabilities by providing the necessary adaptations and supports.

ELIGIBILITY & MEMBERSHIP

All Changing Lives Center Recreation activities are available to any and all adults. Members of the Recreation program may have a wide range of disabilities or conditions that may limits a person’s independence.

To get involved with Changing Lives Center Recreation, a membership application along with a medical form must be submitted. The membership year runs from January 1 through December 31 with an annual fee of $60.00. Upon receiving a membership packet from the Recreation Department, an individual may begin to register for activities. Pre-registration is required for participation in all Recreation events.
